About the Event
Hey, I’m Anne V. I am a mindfulness teacher, a coach, and a consultant, among other things.
I host beginner and intermediate classes and workshops online and in person to teach the curious among you who wish to develop a mindfulness meditation practice. Also, I offer monthly group coaching workshops directed at women who want to get better at talking about who they are and what they do.
My mission is to help people on their path to connection.

Often called the two wings of mindfulness, Mindfulness and Loving Kindness encourage wisdom and compassion. Both meditation practices derive from Buddhism and are taught in a secular context.
We’ll meet in a calming room and open with a lecture on the practices, then engage in several guided meditations. You need only bring yourself and an open mind.
This workshop is a great opportunity for those curious to try meditation and who don't quite understand how to get started or the benefits of the practice.
Bring clothes suited to sitting on cushions or bolsters and pen and paper for you to start a meditation journal.
